Ramón Moreno was born on July 19, 1957, in New York City. His parents were Mr Eduardo Moreno Alfalla and Mrs Barbara Celia Gonzalez de Moreno. He met the Lord in 1997, when participating in a charismatic cult of the Roman Catholic Church. Under a depression in 1987, he began a dark night where he was immersed in the drugs and alcohol;  God’s mercy touch him  and called him to his Kingdom, for salvation, but not only that but it was a miracle of healing , making him free from drugs and alcohol and healing from “Hepatitis C with Cirrhosis of the liver”, which was a deadly incurable disease.

 Already being  a Christian, God  formed him to serve as a Minister in prisons, carrying a word of orientation, hundreds of confined, and their families in various emotional and spiritual crisis. His  theological background  is based on a Christian evangelical at the school of Asbury, located in the city of Orlando Florida, pastoral and family counseling and prepared to support families in the process of their crisis;  this process of studies was in  a period of five years.

 He is currently President and founder of the Prison Ministry  Vision Restoration, which  it has an office  in the city of Orlando Florida, by a team of men and women of front-line in Jesus Christ, taking the word and the orientation, the prisons in this city. Having a projection as a Ministry in a short and long term, through the media (radio and television) and minimize the prison crisis at every level in this city.
